Moonlight Fox David Vase
2002 / 18”x8”x7” ($3600) Inspired by the Chinese porcelain David Vases in Sir Percival David's collection at the British Museum, the SCF iteration has fox bodies as the handles instead of elephants on the original. Cobalt oxide paintings of Moonlight cabin and banana slugs adorn body. The piece was hand-built on the deck outside of Dawn cabin.


Walden Double Happiness Huluping2022 / 13”x5.5”x5.5” ($1200)
Based on the classical Chinese double gourd form or "Huluping", the work depicts Walden cabin, and the steps leading down the hill from Dawn. The work has a glaze interior and water-tight. The piece was hand-built on the deck outside of Dawn cabin.



Dawn Bats and Slugs Meiping
2022 / 9.5”x4”x4” ($850)
A petit Meiping or plum vase based on the classical Chinese ceramic shape, the work is a loving portrait of Dawn, banana slugs, and a few bats that the artist saw while staying at SCF. The work has a glaze interior and water-tight. The piece was hand-built on the deck outside of Dawn cabin.


Banana Slug Pedestal Offering Bowl 2022 / 4.5”x5.5”x5.5” (SOLD)
A tribute to the SCF banana slug, this stemmed bowl works well as an offering dish or a bowl for incense. Glazed interior and food-safe. The work was hand-built on the deck outside of Dawn cabin.


Gunomi 1 & 22022 / 3”x3” (SOLD)
Hand formed tea cups, depicting animals seen during the artist's stay at SCF. Glazed interior and food-safe. The work was made on the deck outside of Dawn cabin.


Banana Slug Kantharos 1 & 22025 / 7.5”x6”x4” ($400ea)
Hand-formed Greek Kantharos chalices, wood-fired at Cider Creek during the artist's stay at SCF in the summer of 2025. Interior is sealed and water-tight, though not recommendated for food.
